UPDATE: As of May 8th, TIUMUN (the organizer) and Tokyo International University can no longer provide document supports for delegates who need to apply for a Japanese Visa. Ticket Categories

  1. RESERVATION ENDED - Early Bird Ticket - ¥4000 (20 available - April 30th until May 7th): access to MUN@TIU 2018 conference and social events, lunches, dinners. Early Bird participants are also entitled to the following benefits:

    • 20% discount participation fee. (as shown above)
    • Priority check-in.
    • Choose-your-own-country. 
    • Exclusive delegate package.
  2. Regular Ticket - ¥5000 (May 8th - May 31st): access to MUN@TIU 2018 conference and social events, lunches, dinners.
  3. Group Ticket - ¥4500 to ¥4000 (May 8th - May 31st): access to MUN@TIU 2018 conference and social events, lunches, dinners. Participants applying as a group are also entitled to the following benefit:
    • 5% cumulative discount for every person you have in the group. Maximum 20% discount. For example:
      • 2-people group: 10% off.
      • 3-people group: 15% off.
      • 4-people group: 20% off.
    • Priority group check-in.

To be eligible for Group Ticket, the following requirements must be met:

  • Must be from the same institution. (high school, university, grad school, etc...)
  • Must apply as a group. (obviously!).
  • Early Bird Ticket is not eligible for group discount.

            Important Note:

  • You cannot add new members to your group once you have submitted your reservation.
  • All member of the group must complete the reservation form.
  1. Observer Ticket - Free! (May 8th - May 31st): access to MUN@TIU 2018 conference and social events. MEALS NOT INCLUDED. Please use the Contact Us form to apply as an observer.

Payment Method:

  1. Bank transfer. After submitting your reservation form, please give us maximum 3 days to process and send you the confirmation e-mail with payment information.
  2. Cash-on-arrival. Participants can choose to pay when they arrive at the venue on the first day at the reception desk.

Payment Deadline:

  1. Bank Transfer: the deadline for payment is TWO weeks after the date of reservation.
  2. Cash-on-arrival: please have your payment ready when you arrive at the venue.

Cancellation/Refund:

Any request for cancellation must be made ONE week before the conference begins. Only 50% of the participation fee will be refunded.

Transferring ticket:

  1. Early Bird Ticket: you can transfer your ticket only during the Early Bird period.
  2. Regular Ticket: you can transfer your ticket to another participant within 2 weeks from the date of your reservation.
  3. Group Ticket: not eligible.
