When will MUN@TIU 2023 be held?
MUN@TIU will be held offline from June 16 to 18. The conference will be held on our Campus in Kasumigaseki, Kawagoe, Saitama.
How can I pay for the conference?
Payment has to be made through bank transfer to our Japanese Bank account.
How can I apply for the conference?

How long is the application period open?
We will officially CLOSE the application period on JUNE 7th, so mark the date and do not miss it! Please refer to our Apply page for more information
How many committees will you have?
We have THREE committees, ECOSOC, UNEP and NATO. Please refer to our Committees page for more information.
What should I do if I have an emergency and could not attend the conference? Is there any way for me to cancel?
That is very unfortunate but we do not process refund since we pay our vendors in advance.
Will there be awards for delegates?
Yes, there are! At MUN@TIU 2022, we offer three awards: (1) best delegate, (2) outstanding delegate, and (3) best position paper. However, the awards stated here are subject to change by the Dais. Please keep this information in mind.
Can I join as an observer?
Of course! We welcome all participants to our conference whether as a delegate or an observer. To apply as an observer, please email us at tokyointunimun@gmail.com .
I am a high school student; can I participate in the conference?
High school is the time for new experiences, and MUN@TIU is one of them. We wholeheartedly encourage high school students to take part in our conference. However, please ensure that you will be attending with an adult supervision.
